DREAM

DeRmal Exposure Assessment Method (DREAM) is a semi-quantitative method to assess dermal exposure to chemical or biological agents. It includes a structured questionnaire and a free Excel tool that includes the DREAM algorithm for its application.

Educational background: 

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Health with specialization in Environmental Hygiene. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management Engineering. 
  • High School Diploma in Environmental Management Engineering. 

Position: 

Fieldwork Coordinator 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  1. Prepare and deliver air and water sampling materials. 
  2. Review, analyze, and suggest improvements to air and water sampling protocols. 
  3. Prepare air and water sampling forms. 
  4. Maintain a log of field trips and sampling activities. 
  5. Prepare media for validation of air sampling techniques. 
  6. Develop and implement program requirements (procedures, policies, etc.). 
  7. Develop procedures or manuals to ensure proper control in the use of measurement equipment and the conduct of field work. 
  8. Geo-reference sampling sites and use geographic information systems. 
  9. Design sampling routes. 
  10. Requesting, transporting, storing, and entering urine samples from the study population. 
  11. Perform other activities related to the occupation, such as researching information on environmental sampling for pesticides and manganese.
